TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SHARKY'S SWIMMERS LTD

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us
  • If anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms relating to Covid-19 please do not attend the lessons
  • Your details may be passed to the Track and Trace team should they require it
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Sharky's Swimmers Ltd reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • Sharky's Swimmers Ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • We do not operate 'holiday' weeks or refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances 
  • If there are any sessions cancelled by Sharky's Swimmers Ltd parents will be credited the following term.
  • Pool rules must be adhered to at all times. 
  • A copy of the swim school’s public liability insurance policy is available upon request.
  • Do not enter the water until you are told to do so.
  • For health and safety reasons no person must enter the pool hall until a member of staff are onsite.
  • Shoes must be removed, or overshoes worn before entering the poolside.
  • Children over the age of 8yrs should change in their own sex changing rooms. This is in accordance with good practice and safeguarding regulations.
  • Swim hats must be worn by all swimmers in group lessons (not required in parent and child classes)
  • Swimmers who are wearing nappies during the day or night must wear a double nappy system - disposable nappy plus neoprene over nappy.
  • Re booking details will be sent to you before the end of a term with details of payments due and term dates.
  • Payment in full is due before the start of all lessons by the deadline stated to secure your place. We operate a no fee; no swim policy.
  • If payment is not received and we have contacted you addressing non-payment and the outstanding is not paid, we reserve the right to fill your place with another swimmer and therefore lose your place.
